The last movie of the series “Allegiant” ended with David standing behind them which is kind of like a cliffhanger,just because there’s not another book doesn’t mean that they can’t make another movie the cast members and directors should take it into their own hands and create something amazing and true to the film and cast. We also all miss seeing Shailene Woodley and Theo James content because their chemistry and “friendship”.
“But the older and slightly wiser I am, the more I know that isn’t something I’m particularly interested in.For one the Divergent series is an amazing movie series but we need more Four and Tris and them evolving and they should stay together the main characters should not die. “As a young person, when you first get offered big movies you think, ‘This is great,’” the actor, whose Hollywood career now spans more than a decade, explained. Of course, James has hinted that he now prefers making small films as supposed to productions that come with gigantic (studio) budgets. It might be a smart move not every film franchise can go beyond a trilogy, the way that franchises like Scary Movie continued for over a decade before dropping in popularity.
There were some powerful elements to those films, but they have their own weaknesses in terms of addressing a mass audience and everything that comes with that.” From the looks of it, James is not looking to reboot the franchise anytime soon. “It was three books, and I don’t think I saw it as more than that in terms of films,” the actor revealed. Initially, there were plans to do one but if anyone asks James now, he believes it’s just not in the cards anymore.
Nonetheless, some fans of the franchise have been hoping that the cast would reunite for a final movie. It’s been a few years since the last of the Divergent films was released.
